Each and every valves is tested in every stage of production in fully automatic assembly lines. .
According to customers need, we can adjust deep tube length of aerosol valves for different cans at final step of production.
Label printing site is equipped with one of the most advanced and up-to-date European UV flexo printing machine. Our 8 color Gallus machine from Switzerland with production capacity of 150 m/min can provide self-adhesive printed labels in reels and in different width up to 280 mm for a wide range of products. The film thickness could be as low as 50 micron which in conjunction with special drying system enables us to print shrink sleeves as well. This covers a whole range of printing on paper-film-shrink sleeves and aluminum foils. There is further possibility of cold foiling or lamination or even printing at both sides according to the customer needs.
